    as far as the tranny is concerned there are plent of drag racers still using the TR-3650 w/out issues. Jeff Schmell who races in the NMRA Factory Stock class has made literally 100's of passes w/out issue in his transmission...BTW he runs in the 11's N/A w/out ever pulling the intake or heads...

    you're times are pretty much on par...like others have posted, you knock down your 60ft, your ET's will follow. as far as the mach, he trapped a little lower than I would've expected...with that 60ft he should've been high 13's not low 14's... probably track prep is what got you...

    I've seen 96 GT's with the same mods and a good tune running mid 12's...you simply can't drive...not with a 2.5 60ft...you had to be lighting those tires up!!! How are you shifting down the track?? Also those 18in tires and 3.73's aren't a good combo

    Dirt in the gauges!!

    i don't know if there is a way to keep it out...but it's really easy to clean up. Just take your cluster out and you'll see there are about 8 screws holding the bezel around the cluster, take it apart and clean it up! Should take you about 30-45min for the whole thing

    Tremec 3650 TSB# and after market shifter

    it's really up to your service dept. If you look on tremec's website, they don't seem to mind aftermarket shifters and actually give you advice on them. I'd call your service dept. and ask them if an aftermarket shifter would void your tranny warranty.
