    The 13.2 probably had a freak car and good driver. most people cant drive a stick to its fullest potential. I beleive the neon could do 13.2 stock, I dont want to beleive but i do. I have a strong hatred for neons, but the srt4 is one quick little car.

    Dont lift your right foot when you shift, unless you dont have experience powershifting. but you can always practice this at lower rpms and as your experiece increases you can raise your rpms that you shift at.

    As far as I understand the more hp the engine makes at the flywheel the less % of hp that is lost through the drivetrain. soo for a 300hp car it may be a 15% loss but for a 500hp car it may only be 10%.
