    C&L intake, JBA ceramic shorties, Magnaflow xpipe with hi-flo cat's, Roush mufflers. The only issue I ever had was with a really rough idle, which was resolved by bumping the rate up a couple of hundred rev's. No CEL's, no codes when last I checked.

    They've extended it, or you bought an extended warranty? FYI, Roush offers a 3year/36,000 mile warranty, so if you have anything more than that (like, 5yr/60,000 mile), Roush will still only give you the 3/36,000 coverage.

    What codes did the dealership report? If they they say they got none, find another dealership to look into it. If they didn't pull/clear the codes, they'll still be in there (CEL and failsafe should have recorded a bunch). If you know someone with a tuner who can pull these codes for you...
