    I installed a new top on my wifes 02 GT. If you have never done it before or do not have proper instruction DO NOT DO IT. If you want to do it any way go to latemodelrestoration and order the installation CD. It will save your ass. I picked it up and watched it 4 times before doing the install...

    the code is on the black cover plate on the pcm opposite end from the wiringharness plug in. if it is not there then it fell off into the body well or some one took it off. if you cant find it your sunk.

    Vibration when accelerating

    we need more info. what is the year of your car, how many miles are on it and give a little more detail. are you easing on the gas or hard on the gas. and what dose it do at low throtlle and wot is there any change in vibration.

    3.73 gears

    3.73's will work very well in your car. you should see a .4 sec drop in the 1/4 mile going with 3.73's. At 65mph you'll be running at 2300rpm its not that bad, if you go with 4.10 gears you'll be at 2800rpm at 65mph. I dont like high reving a stock engine for long periods of time on the highway...

    you have a 7.5 rear end and if you want to keep the same rear gear ratio just use the gears you have.

    no you can't. the gauges should come with the sensors they need.

    You need a alternator. the bulb comes on if the voltage from the alt. gose lower than 12 volts or higher than 15 volts. your battery voltage with the engine running shoud be between 13.6 to 14.8 if not then you need a alternator. In your case the light is coming on at high RPM. that usually...

    I have JBA long tube headers, off road H pipe and roush off road muflers on my 05 GT. it sounds awsome. it sounds just like a GT cup car and is loud as hell.

    What was your reason for pulling the motor down? It looks like the head gasket on that cylinder was starting to leak.

    You didn’t say if it was a manual or auto. If it is an auto it’s time for a rebuild and if it is a manual it’s time for a clutch.

    It's just an electrical fan motor unplugging and reconnecting it will not fix it. If it's bad it will have to be replaced.
