    So a buddy is getting a bare 302 block bored 30 over free from a friend. Been sitting for a while so he's gonna do a little clean up and asking me about a cheap rotating assembly. I suggested to go with a 331 or 347 stroker kit, but he doesn't want to shell out "$1000.00 bucks" as he says...

    King Cobra clutch

    I went from a ram stock replacement clutch from o'reilley's to a super king cobra from valeo and the pedal feel is PHENOMENALLY lighter. I read up on it and it said like 60% of a stock clutch's pedal feel. Very nice clutch and I got it for dirt cheap off of ebay.

    um... I thought if anything fuel pressure was supposed to go up when you rev it. Mine goes up to around the 39psi I have it set at at idle without vac :shrug:

    x2:stupid: the beer is a good idea too, some things can get frustrating, especially if you're doing it on jackstands, cramped into that little space. Just take your time and hope all goes well :D

    Yeah, it was pretty stiff, but eventually a buddy of mine came over and helped out. Apparently the screwdrivers I had just didn't seem strong enough, but he had a nice hard flathead that eventually worked. But it was quite the pain. Thanks for all the help!

    man!!!! I still can't get it. Is there any metal in the seal cause all i can do is get the rubber on the outside off, but the rest of the seal won't come. Please someone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    If you're lookin to upgrade, seats all the way up to 2002 I believe will fit as long as they have the bracket with them, and can be had for relatively cheap :D

    I tried a screw, but unfortunately it didn't work, but maybe the kind of screw i used wouldn't work. Like a self tapper? or drywall screw?

    So i'm puttin my new clutch in and my rear main seal is leaking so I'm at the point now where everything is out, but I can't get the rms out. i tried a screwdriver, but i don't understand how to "pinch" it to get it out. Anyone have any ideas or tips?

    thanks, i already replaced the tailshaft seal and planned on doing the rear main while I had everything out. thanks for the links everyone. Would I be ok with just resurfacing my flywheel?

    I got a stock t5 in my car right now and the clutch seems to be slipping. I don't care how heavy of a feel the clutch has because it is a mostly weekend driver with a few drives every now and then during the week. Which one would you recommend for my mods in my sig, and where can it be gotten...
