    New Problem :(

Well, that means your PCV valve is stuck closed. The air is supposed to travel FROM the carb TO the valve cover. Either replace the valve or try to fix that one.

    clutch install gone terribly wrong

Yea, the TOB with the King Cobra kit is kind of a winnie compared to a regular one i got from Advanced. The one i got from Advanced is much more meaty, the one with the kit IMO is just not up to the increased pressure, its to flimsy. Plus mine had spun on the shaft and the fork had eaten into...

    BBK or Mac?

BBK...same reasons as above, the single flange. Never, ever, never, ever, ever ,never go with individual flanges, they are sons-of-bitches to get on cause all the tubes flex and move a little after they heat up and cool off all the time. Ive also found individual flanges more prone to exhaust leaks.

Twin or single turbo(s) for daily driving?

I agree, a 'good' single turbo is better than twin. The technology has advanced where one turbo can do the job of two. Less headaches, less plumbing, less heat. Go with a single turbo. I just still think that turbo's are for racing, superchargers are for street. When you have two turbo's you...

how to clean heads good after porting??

If the port is to smooth, the fuel actually groups together into little droplets and droplets dont burn as well as fully atomized fuel. The slight roughness actually creates a small amount of turbulance that helps mix the fuel and air better. You want a dullish finish to the ports, and you want...

Oh and i found these on a website about Reher-Morrison, its an engine builder school in Texas, hope these help you some; Why Rough-Finished Ports Work The port surface found in a Reher-Morrison race cylinder head features a definitive texture. It’s difficult to describe, but here’s a...

how to clean heads good after porting??

Make sure you dont get them baby's ass smooth, you want them somewhat rough to keep the fuel atomized in the air. Im sure you know what your doing, tips always help though. and port matching the exhaust to the head can be bad sometimes, because of exhuast reversion, in which the exhaust gas is...

Cause i've heard alot about those damn things tearing up and making all kinds of noise, mine went out after about three months, started squalling when the clutch was engaged. New Problem :(

Was the dip stick out of the little tube? Do you smell burning oil when that smoke rises up off the header? Check and see if oil is being sucked from the valve cover to the carb. through that little tube. If its going from the valve cover to the carb. its going the wrong way. Sometimes you...

    One Step Colder Plugs?

Oh, ok...ive heard that before from someone. Been awhile though. One more thing, alright, so you want a colder plug for a high performance engine and a hotter one for a more stockish engine..am i right on that or is it the other way around?

How do I prime the motor

when your installing the dizzy, to get those gears to mesh, you have to turn the rotory button about a 1/4 inch to the left.(standing in front of the car facing the engine.) Then its just a little bit of finness to get it to slid down in there.

Me and my dad are going to fabricate some torque box re-enforcements. No prob. there. I already have a set of slicks that i run on my personal car and were going to use them, they're brand new, never been ran and are mounted on a set of draglites.
