    Thats only if your car was already legal and registered in 2007 when they changed the law.... if its been parked and unregisterd since before that, then you have to test once. then exempt

    If you do go with a Vic, I would make sure its one of the regular mom and pop cars, and not a taxi or cop car.. those were ran long hours and beat hard
