    Yes, but unless you retain proper reference voltage swapping out electronics may not do you any good. That was biggest downfall of the BBK performance TB's back in the day that came without electronics. Is there somebody around that you can swap the entire TB assembly with just to test it out??

    I'm going to guess that the manual transmission car is trying to speak to the other modules it was attached too, the modules in your car such as the BCM are foreign to it but, this is just a guess.

    Less swearing?? Find a drive on lift to use or perhaps 4 jack stands under each wheel so you can retorque bolts at ride height.

    BTW if that is the case with cam follower then don't drive the car because you will at some point blow the engine due to floating debris.

    Swap a fuel injector from one cylinder to next and see if misfire moves. Its not unheard of 3 valves to loos cam followers and leave valves slightly open casuing a copmpression concern but I've never seen that condition on cylinder 2 and never seen it at such low mileage.

    Well you can get a Whipple HO blower kit for the 05-09, they made 550bhp which is about 460 at wheels, or any similar boost blower kit brand. After that you can replace the block to the 5.3L stroker and a custom tune.

    You don't need adjustable LCA's unless the car is serious road racer. Ditch them I recommend CHE LCA's their bushings are superior to pretty much anything on the market. As for the darty-ness on the road with a 1.5 inch drop there also may be an alignment concern.
