    The TPS was reading 1.13VDC at idle. This works out to about 600 RPM with the ISS discontected(base idle) I'm thinking injectors are clogged up after 258,000 miles. The codes indicate that it is running lean.

    The only reason you would leave the stock amp is if your new radio has low power and it probably doesn't. You will ned to remove the amp and get an "amp bypass" wiring harness. Install the bypass harness and your radio will come alive.

    I haven't measured as I can't seem to depress the pumped up tensioners enough. I quite sure it isn't rod knock. The sound comes from the rear of the valve cover area.
