    What the tool does is remove the bushing with the shell.. You still have to drill out and remove the stock rubber bushing and reuse the shell with the new bushings..Then use the tool to reinsert the shell..

    I drilled mine out a good amount then burned them out and scraped what was left over...not a fun job at all... i bought the MM bushing tool but was a waste of money...sold it on ebay

    This is thge setup i am running, MRT-H catted and FRPP cat-back and sounds mean on the gas and mellow when cruisin with zero drone. I had some fitment issues the exhaust guy and to make some adjustments where the catback bolts up the the H-pipe...Had to weld on new ends.. But well worth it...

    Do lots of searching, you will find plenty of pics.. I have been contemplating going that wheel route for 3 weeks.. 315/35/17 of the perfect size for those wheels. You wont have any rubbing issues, i am thinking i might with my parking brake cable sinze i cut off the bracket when i got my steeda...

    From what i have read from other fourms the Deep Dish should match your 04 rims just fine.. I thought about doing the same but my 2002 rims dont match...You 03/04 guys are lucky.
