    Thats impressive @ 7psi. Another 3 psi will definitely get you to your goal. That should be the limit for a stock block. Good luck and enjoy the power!

    The TFS has a 75mm opening. An unported stock intake probably does flow well enough to take advantage of a larger throttlebody. You may actually lose some power.

    When is the last time you had the gear oil changed. Some fresh 75W90 with 4ozs of friction modifier might solve your problem.

    I'd go with the Performer 5.0 over the TFS intake. Or I'd send the Explorer lower to TMOSS for porting if you don't want to spend $499.99 or so. Systemaxx is a little too much intake for a near stock 5.0. Just my opinion.

    I'd say its overkill unless you have upgraded the intake, heads, and cam from stock.

    interior care....

    I have had my Stang since 88. It has no cracks in the interior. I always clean the interior with a damp rag and now use Meguair's Shine. Use some Zep carpet cleaner on the carpet and seats. My car sits in the FL sun all day.

    I was in the same position and decided on the Performer 5.0 and an Accufab 70mm tb-egr. Mustang Warehouse has the tb for $265.94 shipped.

    A larger TB would be nice, but all I need is an EGR spacer. Can I use the 65mm one and not impact performance?

    My stock 60mm spacer is toast. It would not come off the manifold after 197,200+miles. Can I use the FRPP 65mm EGR spacer with my 60mm Throttlebody and will it have any adverse effects this way?

    Ok. Stock heads don't really warrant a cam change. Cam isn't the problem.
