    Just bought a '96 Mystic Cobra - question about shifter.

    I had the Triax. Switched to Pro 5.0 :nice: Much smoother and much quieter!!! Trust me. Only problem is the Pro 5.0 handle sucks. Either use your Steeda handle, or send the Pro 5.0 handle to Pro 5.0 and they will replace it with their "medium" handle which is very similar to the Triax handle...

    I have... Pro 5.0 shifter (quiet & smooth) Pro 5.0 medium handle (very similar to Triax handle but stronger) Cobra "5-speed" knob (ahh...cool leather) I used to have.... Triax shifter (ahhh....too loud!) Triax handle Bullitt knob (ouch....too hot!)

    I didn't install clear fogs and an antenna thinking it would give me any performance gain. I put those on for the same reason you bought your chin spoiler. :rolleyes:

    Bassani is a straight-thru muffler, that's why they sounded good with the X. Flowmasters are chambered.
