    I would absolutely re-bleed the brakes before I did anything else. I will also note that (although I have never had to try) some people believe the ABS block cannot be bled properly unless the dealer does it. Mushy brake pedal SCREAMS air in the lines.

    Yes. The exhaust needs a set of flow tubes. They are basically adapters that go from one size to another. I have a 2.5" Dr. Gas X-pipe feeding the stock 2.25" exhaust on my car.

    Make sure the float in the overflow bottle isn't stuck and is moving freely. The light will go off on its own if the sender is giving an accurate level. No need for computer antics.
