    Door hinge pin and bushing replacement

    It really depends on how rusted they are. The bottom one is usually harder to do. I cut the pin in half with a dremel, hammered a big flathead screwdriver in between the cut to separate them and break them loose. Then you can usually hammer each side out with a big punch.

    The cable is routed the same, but I've come to find out that the cable routing doesn't even matter. The two ends ultimately end at the same spot anyway, so regardless of how the cable is routed, it will be the same length.
