    My question is how the hell did you guys get the PS lines bent that much?:shrug: I had a hard time getting mine to bend a little to make it over the cooler, let a lone make a hard bend down and under the cooler.

    Looks cool. I am doing the samething. I have about the same into mine minus the bypass. Here is a pic of mine. I didn't cut the bumper there is plenty of room so as not to cut it up. Unless you have a 4" core, which I might upgrade to in the future.

    Mine is a 2000 and I replaced mine in 2002. They were nearly bald, and had severe checking. The dealer told me go buy new tires, Goodyear has a prorated warranty. I only had about 12000 KM on mine too.

    Not true. If the car was baked, which it was. There are no solvents left in the paint. If that were true every show car you have seen wouldn't have any paint on it. Usually they are painted and color sanded within a day or two of coming out of the booth.
