You can either boost it or make the hp NA.
If you boost it, get ProCharger.
If you choose to stay NA, get ported heads, intake and a cam, you will make about the same hp as the ProCharger and you will be at GT (same year) power vice.

Do you want it to be louder on the outside of the car or inside of the car?
If inside, then just dump the exhaust right after the muffler. When I had flowmaster and did that, it got insanly loud inside the car.
You need to make a custum lower intake plenium. That's the biggest issue to fix. And of course you will need to get a taller hood or you got to cut it
