    Do you want it to be louder on the outside of the car or inside of the car? If inside, then just dump the exhaust right after the muffler. When I had flowmaster and did that, it got insanly loud inside the car.

    You need to make a custum lower intake plenium. That's the biggest issue to fix. And of course you will need to get a taller hood or you got to cut it Here is a picture for you I know it's not a +99' but you get the idea.
