Very fair, but do take your time to look over it, your just gonna be buying someone else's project so dont think that your in a way buying a new car it will still have problems from time to time, hell its a mustang. but it has good aftermarket parts already so i would not hesitate
with your budget and knowledge a complete swap is the way to go even a low millage 87-95 mustang engine will be fine, but hence is 100% on the right track w/ his recomondation.
well my new LCA's arived today YAY, but i have a question here are the bushings it came with, i know where all of them go minus these Balls on the right anyone know???
thanks guys..
i know the 93 cobra is an x-32 ??? computer, its diff, but i am unaware if it could run an auto trany i would not think so, but i have been wrong b4 many times. i would get a maf calabrated for 24lbs inj. and run the original.
well you didn't say you had an aftermarket alternator so im assuming your is stock, the underdrive pulley will effect it alittle but if your car is dead after its been running for 20min time to invest in a larger alternator
Have someone you know or can trust build the engine, i would never buy a s/b my car came w/ a chp s/b and 3k miles on it, with in 3 weeks i had a cracked piston :notnice:
by the time your done your gonna have a hacked up V6 that you have 20 into, and your not gonna be able to get 5k for it used, If you cant afford it, dont do it your just going end up with 14k of crap in your garage for 2 yrs till you sell it.
ive never heard of a ground loop situation through a HU,w/o any amps, unless you didn't hook up the ground wire at all, thats whats confusing about the situation.
yeah you can talk to guys who hand polished them and they'll tell you 100 is worth it. lOoks very good, will look better when its in the car and running good job :nice:
