    Jeeze, the K&N website shows a dyno graph with a relatively modest hp incease (about 14) compared to the 25-30 hp increase from others with CAI and tune. So it is possible that the setup is more conservative than the others and just does not require a tune.

    (1.)Before the K&N the car exhibited a very noticable lag when downshifting. Now, the lag is about 1/3 as before. (2.)I never said that my car with a K&N responded as well as a car with both a CAI and a tune. I only said that the car was more responsive. (3.) I think this experience...

    K&N Cold Air Intake I just installed a K&N cold air intake and it is awesome. No tune needed and the car is much more responsive.

    Shaker 'Skanker' 500

    Great Dealer I have the shaker 1,000 with the bad disk and the skip. Dealer ordered the unit/read the TSB/Reprgrammed and installed the new head unit in under 45 mins. Oh, the new unit sounds better IMHO
