    My advice, and I'm sure this will sound bad, but here goes. If you're truely that concerned about those kind of imperfections, then just replace (not repair) the bumpers at a different and more reputable bodyshop.

    Well, I used my impact wrench only on the alt pulley, but then swapped the stocker back on. My impact gun couldn't turn the crank bolt loose at 120 psi.. so I breaker bar'd that one too.

    Remember, it's a dab you need, not a huge glob. You can use red, blue, black, or whatever, and it'll still easily come back off with the puller tool. It's RTV, not loctite.

    That's probably about right for your mods.. I'd guess 15-20rwhp. CAI, pullies, and exhaust don't really benefit from a tune. If you slapped some headers and cams, or a blower on there, then I'd pop for the tune for sure.

    Easiest one relating to evap codes is replace the gas cap. You can also check for blockage or damage to any of the evap lines, but good luck finding that without knowing what to look for. :)
