    My suspension squeaks.

These cars are notorious for squeaky parking brake lines. It sounds alot like a cricket chirping when you go over bumps. You can fix this by greasing the line where it goes through the bracket on the rear end.

    DYNO numbers: car running rich

I agree with you. I think that his problem would go away if he can take care of the o2 sensors. By looking at his mods, his car should be slightly on the lean side, not rich.

    DYNO numbers: car running rich

Am I missing something? He is running an offroad pipe, so does he have MIL eliminators? If not it would cause a rich condition right? If anything the LT themselves would cause the car to lean out some, not run rich.

    Recalibrating Speedo After Gears.

With 55K I would go ahead and get the re-build kit. It doen't cost much and since you will already have the rear end apart it would pay to go ahead and install new clutch packs.

    adjusting steering firmness

Your truck has a steering box instead of a rack and pinion like your mustang. I have heard of people actually adjusting the bow inorder to put some play in the steering wheel to cut down on the wandering on crowned or rough roads.

What do i need to Lower?????

You can stick a screw driver or something in the notch on top and then use a box end wrench to remove the nut. As far as springs go. I have a set of FRPP-C springs on my car and I love them. They have a 650lb linear rate in the front and a 200-300lb variable in the rear.

    Gear regrets?

I have never regreted putting 4.10's in my 2000GT auto. As said many times before don't fear the gear.

    03 GT Coil-Spring Install Help

I would actually go ahead and do the struts before disconnecting the tie rod or ball joint on the front. You will still need to unbolt the sway bar though. Take the two bolts in the bottom of the strut loose and the nut on top using an open end wrench and a screw driver or an impact gun, and...

For those with AUTO and NEW Gears...

I have a 2000 GT Auto. And put in 4.10's and never looked back. Don't fear the gear. I do alot of highway driving and the difference 3.73's and 4.10's isn't enough to worry about gas mileage.

Uh oh... i might've done a boo boo... master cylinder... help me plz

On the newer models with the hydraulic boost systems the main wheel ports on the master cylinder that go to the wheels are on the bottom of the MC. In the side of it there are two bleed screws for the primary and secondary. These should work to bleed it. Just have someone pump up the brakes...

Shift kit vs programmer's shift firm tune? Which is better?

This statement is wrong. It must have been a coinsedence that the transmission only lasted 4 months. Here is a quote from Hypertech's install instructions found at http://www.hypertech-inc.com/install_instructions/pp10/pp10pg4.html Press ‘Y’ if you have installed an aftermarket shift...

How hard was it for you to put your crank pulley back on

Putting the pulley in some hot water for a little while does help. It makes the metal expand and lets it slide on easier. Try it first. Then if you have enough of the bolt in the crank I would go ahead and use the impact gun to pull it the rest of the way down. Also, if I'm not mistaken you...

Shift kit vs programmer's shift firm tune? Which is better?

Yes a tuner does marry itself to a car when it is used to program that car, but when you de-program your car you can use it for another. And yes it will work to turn off the ses light for your o2 sensors.

Uh oh... i might've done a boo boo... master cylinder... help me plz

Understandable. You will probably have to bleed the master cylinder though. It probably got a little air in there.

Holding the Torque Converter, pissing me OFF

If you are afraid of ringing the bolt off, just turn the gun down a little bit. But you shouldn't have to worry about anyway. My impact gun has 650lb/ft of torque and it didn't ring it off. That's a pretty damn big bolt.

Uh oh... i might've done a boo boo... master cylinder... help me plz

If it is all of the way empty than you will probably have to bleed the air back out of it. If there is still a little in the bottom it will probably be OK. Do you have a leak or something? Where did all of the fluid go?

Holding the Torque Converter, pissing me OFF

Don't really know about holding the torque converter I've never tried it but, an impact gun works great on it. You don't have to worry about spinning the crank.

Should I Buy CC Plates After Spring Installation?

I doubt that the shop is taking him for a ride I put in some FRPP-C springs the other day which is supposed to drop the front of the car 1.2". I checked the Caster/Camber on it and tried to set it, but the stock adjustments just let me pull it out to -1.5 degrees and it should be set a little...
