    Anybddy running "Maxspeed" lowering springs?

I just ordered some FRPP springs and was wondering what is so great about Eibach? What are the spring rates and how much will it drop a car. The FRPP's say that it will drop 1.2" in the front and ~3/4-1" in the rear. I figure that if I pull the rubbers it should give about another 1/2"

    4.10's in a 2000 GT?

I would definietly go with the 4.10's. I installed them in my car a while back and love them. There is not much difference between the 3.73's and 4.10's as far as highway driving goes, at 70mph about 200rpm difference.

    Hypertech Programmer Questions

I got my Hypertech Programmer today and hooked it up to tune my car, firm up the shifts and re-calibrate the speedometer for the 4.10 gear in my automatic GT. Alignment Question

If this is where the steering wheel stays while the car in going straight and there is no pull until you brake, then someone has set your toe-in on the front end and did not look to see if they had the steering wheel straight. Go talk to the guy who lined it up for you.

    Steering wheel shaking...

If it is the steering wheel that is shaking then it would have to be in the front end of the car. Drive shaft problems would cause you to feel the vibration in your seat. I would recommend rotating the tires from front to back to see if the vibration follows the tires. If it is not the...

    Alignment Question

I used to do alignments and this may be because whoever aligned it did not make sure the steering wheel was straight when they set the toe. Does the car pull to one side or the other, or does the wheel just stay turned while the car is going straight?

Rev limiter: Did I hurt the stang?

To hell with it. My engine has 70K miles on it and I have hit my rev limiter too many times to count, when the auto tranny doesn't shift fast enough when I am manually shifting it, or when the tires break loose in first or second gear it tends to jump in rpms too fast. The limiter is there for...

    Question about gears

I would say that your car probably has 3.08 or 3.27 gears in it. I'm not real sure. What I would do if I was taking it to a shop and saying here install this, is to get the FRPP ring and pinion, and a FRPP install kit that comes with all of the bearings, shims, seals, crush sleeve and gaskets...

    3:73's, 3:90's or 4:10's

There isn't much an rpm difference between 3.73's and 4.10's to worry about. Only a couple of hundred difference between the two at 70mph. Go with the 4.10's
