    H-Heads C-Cam I-Intake So you were pretty much right. I have not yet heard of switching the cam with the GT-40 Swap so IDK about that. I'm pretty sure it's just the Heads and Intake people sway out. I think the model year is something like 97-2000 with the GT-40Ps.

    Depends what route you go. You can find the stuff out of an explorer or mountaineer in the junkyard for a cheap price. The other alternative is to buy new. If you buy new I think you can get a much better combo for only a few dollars more than the GT-40 set up.

    I didn't throw up or anything like that thankfully for my alcoholic genes from my parents and grandparents. I don't get hangovers either which is cool. But, the whole next day after the 151 my GF said I still smelt like it and I had no energy.

    If you put $2K into the Cobra you will rape the **** out of a 347. Buy the Cobra it responds sooo well to mods plus the internals are all forged.

    With those mods yeah I think he would have beat you by more. I was under the impression that he just had exhaust. Our cars with a couple bolt-ons is a good race for a near stock 99-03 GT if you can drive. As you can see by my results with them.

    Grinding when downshifting into 1st

    I dropped my car into 1st like the first week I got it and I will never do that again. You are probably trying to shift into first at too high of a speed and it won't let you. When do you drop to first anyway? The second you drop you are going to have to shift and you will probably lose time.
