    Did you have any work done to those heads? Did you install a good set of pistons with valve relief's in them? If so get rid of those E5 heads. Stock E7 heads off a 87-93 mustang are better then those E5's. There are a lot of bargins to be found on heads that will make you so much happier...

    I would think a bit different then you. The 3.73 gears act as a higher torque multiplier. This gives you quicker launches then say a stock 2.73 gear will give you. I'm not sure the extra fuel cost will off set the extra joy in seat of the pants performance. Just how I felt going from 2.73's...

    The other thing to consider is there were two t-5 transmission gear ratio's. If you have a t-5 with a 3.35 first gear then 1st is going to be gone very quickly. It shouldn't feel like your towing a piano though. I believe the other t-5 has a 2.97 or 2.95 1st gear. That 2,95 transmission...

    They make the double sump oil pan for all the swap motors into the fox body. Thats the oil pan that fits.

    I have been thinking about that but.... my wife would not appreciate me spending the money to completely rebuild the motor. It might come to that since I do think thats the way I should go.

    I was reading the old holley systemax II kit and they recommended 30lb injectors. I guess I should look at fuel rails an adjustable fuel regulator and upgrading the fuel pump as well.

    I have very similar cam specs in my 351w. I have 3.73's and I love them with my 5 spd. I think its the best gear for the t-5.

    I found a complete Trickflow Street heat intake for 400 bucks. (is that a good deal?) Thought that would work nicely with the Holley heads. Probably just leave the factory cam for now. See if the intake and the heads works with the SD Computer

    Vibration When I Let Off The Gas

    I had a vibration in my drivetrain and it turned out to be that somehow the 4 bolts holding my driveshaft to the rear end had loosened off. Went away after they were tightened up.
