    BBK or MAC LT Headers w/Midpipe ??? 04 GT

    BBK or MAC cermic coated are both a good choice. MAC's are a bit easier to install since you don't have to remove the oil dip stick tube.

    02 Sensors, Question - Front/Rear SAME??

    They have different part #'s for the front and the rear 02 sensors. The 96-98 have a different front 02 sensor part # than the front 02 sensors on the 99-04 GT's. You can go to www.motorcraft.com and check.

    One other thing to consider about the P1-SC and the leaking seal issue. I've seen a few cars with blown engines that were caused by the seals leaking oil into the discharge side and coating the mass air meter with oil.

    If I remember correctly there are two allen screew along with double sided tape that hold the Saleen side scoops on. Your going to have to remove the back seat and the rear interior to access the opening to get to the allen screws.

    We did a compairson of a RR intake vs a bullitt intake on a customer car with a VT engine and a vortech JT runing about 20lbs of boost. The RR intake made more peak power (above 6500), but below that the bullitt intake made more power and it really killed the RR intake at lower RPM's. IMO...

    Cold Weather = Wont Start?

    You might want to check the front 02 sensors. When mine went bad it didn't want to start on real cold days. We datalogged the car and found out the front 02's were taking to long to heat up and causing the issues. Replaced them and the car started fine again.

    With all your mods your dealer might not cover it. Personally I'd take it to a local speed shop and have them rebuild it. A Ford rebuild kit is about $50 for the kit. Then have it rebuilt with extra clutches. You should be back in business.
