    ok im putting new 3 inch studs on my axles and i have aftermarket axles. I took off the c-clip and now what my axle still wont budge? how do i get it to come out?

    What size weld pro-stars?

    for the rear with 15x10's you need 6.5 inch backspacing and for the fronts i have 15x3.5 with a 7/16 inch spacer. You should get 3 inch studs while your at it with open end nuts

    with a 100 shot running 12.2 it was ready to hit the rev limiter, and I have no time slips for the 150 shot. that is one of the reasons I am doing the 310, is because I need forged bottom end sooner or later so why not stroke it while I'm at it.And hey maybe run a 200-250 shot, haha

    thanks guys, I'll probably go with the XE278. I want to rev so high because I'm running out of gear going through 1320 with 150 shot and 4.10s. So with everything else I will be doing I need to rev a lot higher. And the 310 is a big bore set-up. Thanks!!

    that's awesome!!I'm getting my 5.1 street fighter pro street with a new big bore block from CHP too sometime soon. Did you get a new block from them or did you get your old block bored out? H*LL yea to 310ci!!!

    I'm planning on some head, cam, and motor work this winter and spring. I have 4.10s now and am running out of gear going past 1320 with overdrive off, if it shifts into o/d it's like it stops accelerating almost. So I figured a taller slick will help me have some gear left than with nitto DRs...

    with ET Drag slicks 28x10.5-15, will I have any clearance problems with expansion or anything else? Also the tread is 10, does that mean it is a 10 inch tire? I'm going to get the Mr. Gasket wheel screw kit just to be safe too. I'm going to put them on 15x10.5" weld prostars with 6 1/2 rear...

    well i'll let you guys know how it turns out i think i'm going to do a big bore .25" over and put a 5.1 stroker in it this winter or spring. :nice: and i think i'm going to have fox lake P&P my heads and get a big cam too :D
