    HELP !!! clutch pedal assembly

    The rear (nearest firewall) of the quadrant is lifted when the clutch pedal is depressed and the front of the quadrant pivots on the steel pin. If the quadrant isn't moving, and I'm guessing you have an aftermarket one, then the problem is somewhere between the top of the pedal and the rear pin.

    Aluminum Flywheel Durability

    Aluminum flywheel manufacturers such as Fidanza have spun their units up to 22000 RPM with no failure. Billet steel flywheels can't handle that RPM.

    Did you reinstall the rubber shift boot? This doesn't block much noise but helps. Noise isn't much of an issue to me compared to the quality of the aftermarket shifter. My radio is always on anyhow. As far as the shifter coming out of 1st, did you set the stop bolt correctly? When you set...

    32 Valves?

    They used to be called Dominion. I don't agree that they're too big for a 5.0. Arao states these heads are "like" putting on a turbo or supercharger. Only problem is that they're way too expensive. You'd get the same performance with a blower and have a lot of cash left over.
