    Steeda Ultra Lites give you an inch front and an inch and a half rear. They're what I plan on installing next, they also are lighter weight to offset some of the weight of taller wheels, if you are so inclined.

    Even w/ the lead right foot I still get 19-20 city and 26-28 hwy and that is w/o any long highway trips yet to really get a good average.     I've used the 89 octane (10% ethanol) since I bought my car, and before and after the new Brenspeed tune and C & L Racer CAI and the only problem I have is avoiding a ticket. Hmm, maybe it is the gas. :D

    I'm not sure that the W30 would offer you anymore protection than the W20 anyway , if it were only a matter of gas mileage the customer pays for that one way or the other but if 5W20 doesn't offer as much protection Ford would or could be shelling it out in warranty work.

    There is one thing with a turbo to consider though. After they have been run hard you need to let them cool down a bit before shutdown or they may seize up.

    In the old days they used to put spark plugs near the end of the tailpipes, but with cats and ecu's I doubt there would be enough unburnt fuel to do so. I suppose you could rig up injectors and plugs but I'd be afraid of burning my car to the ground. As for a kit I couldn't tell you though.
