Trying to figure out this exhaust

Could go get a picture of the two exhausts and post them so we can see the difference? You can just cut the hangers off the pipe that doesn't fit if you want. Or, as I said before, remove the hanger bracket. I would just remove the bracket so everything can be put back if necessary.

Trying to figure out this exhaust

I am not sure I understand your question. Either h-pipe should have the hangers. You should be able to swap them out easily. I wouldn't buy a new exhaust system for this. You don't need to use the hangers. Just remove the bracket under the transmission that the hangers go in. I took the...

I have no experience with Hanlon Motorsports. I have called D&D on several occaisions for tech questions and they have always been great.

    clutch pedal way to high

If you are using all the stock stuff, you have to pull the clutch pedal up as far as possible, then push it to the floor.

what do i need for tremec swap?

You can use the clutch fork if you are using a stock style bellhousing (not a scattershield). I believe you will also need a new slip yoke for the driveshaft. I know you need it for the TKO, but I can't remember for the 3550.

    Torque box reinforcements installed today!!

I actually shouldn't have said redo them. What I meant was take off the plates inside the car on the lowers so I can cut out the sound deadening material. I have wanted to change the bolts around for a while now also because they were put in from the bottom of the car.

    Quick Question..

The one for the valve cover could be for a 4.6. The PCV is on the driver's valve cover on my Cobra. And I will second that, it is hard to get to on a 5.0, especially with the stock intake.

    Torque box reinforcements installed today!!

Thanks for the info. Now I will know when I redo mine. I am just going to do the lowers. Am I correct in assuming that I will only have to pull the four bolts out that hold the plate in and not the one that bolts up to the control arm? That will make this a 10 minute job with the impact wrench.

    HOW MUCH FOR LABOR?

That is your best bet. You are getting a good deal and it's always a plus when you are using someone you trust.

Starter time, which one is right for me

It's very easy. It comes with directions. There is no cutting, splicing or anything. I am still trying to figure out wiring the 3G, so I am no electrician. The only problem I had was the loop on the cable that connects to the starter relay didn't fit, so I had to file the hole out a little.

    Permanently Removing Alarm

When car alarms get old, they really can start to suck. My dad has several problems with the alarm in his 91 GT. With help from HISSIN50, I disconnected and removed most of it. As said, you have to find the brain first. His was under the dash near the steering wheel. Once you have that...

    HOW MUCH FOR LABOR?

I am thinking it's going to be somewhere around $400 as well. It depends on where you live and what the going rate is for labor. What seals are you referring to? I think I paid somewhere between $8 and $12 for a Fel Pro rear main seal a couple years ago.

Trick Flow Track Heat vacuum hoses

Good point. I forgot about that one. That picture is a selection from a larger picture. I just looked at the full picture and all the connections on the tree are full. So I must have already put that one on too. Like I said, it's been a while since I did this. I will have to go out to the...

Trick Flow Track Heat vacuum hoses

Here is a picture of it. It's hard to see because the upper intake is black and the valve covers are polished.

Trick Flow Track Heat vacuum hoses

Thanks for the help. I don't have the spacer, so it is a PITA to see under there without taking the intake off (I don't feel like taking it off again, but I will if I can't get this straightened out). I have the PCV hose hooked up, but I have to get another hose to reach the charcoal canister...

    Torque box reinforcements installed today!!

I hear ya. I probably would have done it myself if I wasn't getting the subframe connectors replaced at the same time. Did you have a helper with you to keep the bolts from turning while you were tightening the nuts?

Starter time, which one is right for me

I bought the Ford Racing Mini-Starter. It comes with new cables because it uses two instead of one. It is a lot lighter so it's easier to put in.

which clutch on a budget with my HP

It will come. I ordered an extended clutch fork from them a few months back. It took a week or so, but I got it. I was getting impatient too. Good luck with the install. That's a great price. When I bought that kit a few years back, it didn't come with the pilot bearing or throwout bearing.

    Torque box reinforcements installed today!!

Great job. I actually had a someone else put mine in at the same time I had new subframe connectors installed. I passed on doing them myself specifically because I did not want to drill the uppers. I didn't tell the guy about it, but when I went to pick the car up he said how much of a hassle...
