    It has been awhile back but one of the magazines (5.0 or Fast Fords) did a tech install on a company who made a kit to get rid of the rods in the trunk to lift up the lid. Does anybody know of what issue that was in, or a link to the companies website? Thanks in advance:nice:

    Thanks for bringing this thread back. So I guess it is a true SAAC part....?I wonder if they only made the ones for the car....or if they made replacement ones? A good piece to hang onto anyways.....

    New parts can be bad from the get go.....been there, done that. It is anti-freeze correct? I have always had a hard time getting the thermostat housing to seal. You could check around that area to see if you see anything.

    Don't get me wrong, there are still plenty out there for sale, and I think they are well worth the price. You can usually find a couple on ebay at any time. Just search for GT-40 intake.:nice:

    I was thinking a 70mm TB would be a better fit. Not really sure if you need a 75mm with that combo.
