    Fox with SN95 front clip

I have an idea for a more aggressive GT/Cobra-like front fascia but I photoshopped a more aggressive lower lip onto the bumper of the Roush concept. For does this a lot on the Mustangs including the current 2005-2010 Mustangs. Just a real weak looking lower chin...what's with that? Same here...

    The 2011 Ford Mustang Details

I figured that it would pan out that way. 2011 I think is going to be a slaughtering. I've already heard from reliable sources that the Challenger has maybe 2 production model years left and it's done...if that. I really like seeing the competition though. It's more exciting but if Chrysler or...

    Fox with SN95 front clip

....How about something like THIS! Mike Desmond designed this along with 2 other custom Fox Body Mustangs and they all looked pretty awesome. This is really nice although I would have done the 1969 Boss-STyle stripe instead. -J

    Fox with SN95 front clip

OK, I can't help it I have to chime in. Having gone to school for Industrial Design and being a car designer - hot rod stylist for 17 years...here's my take.. White Notch with Cobra lower front fascia - The car looks like it drove over a median and bottomed out - bent up the bottom of the...

    Show off your stang

....it always amazes me at how much a set of wheels and tires can completely change the look and attitude of your ride.

    Show off your stang

Here's my daily driven 88 GT and my 85 Notch. Currently the 85 Notch is in pieces and prepped for new paint. The Billet Drag Wheels will be a permanent addition to the 85 Coupe. I just put 'em on the 88 GT to try 'em out! Here's my 92 Notch I had a few years...

    The 2011 Ford Mustang Details

In all fairness, I'll speculate why I think the Camaro is outselling the Mustang a bit... 1 - The Camaro is a 100% all new car (compared to the last year produced in 2002) 2 - The Mustang is only a refresh, if you put a 2005 and a 2010 next to each other and squint they look the same...

    Hot wheels Mustangs

Thanks for the kind words guys. I did rattle can it and after polishing it it came out better even. Ya know, I don't have a ton of time to play with the models but the neat thing about the 1/64 Hot Wheels is I can mod one pretty much during 1-2 lunch hours at work. Sometimes I can't get out of...

    Hot wheels Mustangs

Hey the first attached pics I think are from my FQuick site. They look like my pics. Anyways, as mentioned the blue one and there's a second color version are part of the HW Modern Classics line as a Walmart Exclusive that Walmart screwed up and didn't keep stocked EVER. The Modern Classics...

    Nightmare Experience with Mustangs Unlimited

Yeah I thought living in Georgia close by MU would be great. The first couple times I went they had what I needed and I was able to pick it up and no problems. The last 3 times I was there they didn't have anything I needed in stock. The last time I actually called before going there to make...

    Smoked by a Nissan GT-R

Yeah the "acceptable" comment was funny, but I know what he ment by that. Hey we're on a Mustang forum! Considering the Skyline GTR V-spec has bested ZR1 Corvette Nurburgring lap times, I think we can say that the Skyline is actually pretty wicked. One thing I notice a lot, especially when...

    17x9 and 275 tires

Hey 25th, you couldn't have said it better. I'm actually going to keep the bullitts and put some super stick rubber on em for road race use. For the street however I'm just waiting for this new Billet Specialties wheel to come out. they are offering this new 5 spoke in a 17" diameter with 7, 8...

    17x9 and 275 tires

Yeah I agree it could be a long thread so I'm not going to add really anything "much" LOL. 25thMustang - you have managed to fit the 18x9 and 18x10 combo on a fox body better than most in my opinion. I'm glad you joined this topic. Your tires TUCK nice, your car is lowered and has a great...

    17x9 and 275 tires

I've seen many threads on this subject and I've seen wider wheel and tire combos done right and I've seen a bunch done wrong. See attached photo below. The only thing I really can't stand is when people ask if something will fit and then they post a pick of their car with the tire clearly not...

Should Ford Market a "SPRINT 6" Limited Edition?

....well maybe it'd just be an option package. Maybe it doesn't have to be a limited edition?

    2014 Mustang

Just my 2 cents on this but...here's what I'm thinking about the rear axle arrangement from an enthusiats' point of view. Bring out the IRS as standard equippment. If so, please try to keep it from adding a lot of additional weight and cost. Make it standard equippment on all GT500s and...

Should Ford Market a "SPRINT 6" Limited Edition?

You know, there's a pretty good sized following for the 6 cylinder Mustang performance guys. I'm surpised Ford hasn't done a Sprint 6 package with the V6 Mustang. I'd limit and number each one. Maybe even a dealership could get rights to do this with Ford as an exclusive? - C-Stripe - CAI -...

    MAF Conversion

I just completed the MAF Conversion on my 1988 Mustang GT a couple months ago. While doing the conversion I also upgraded to a 70mm Throttle Body from Accufab, 73mm C&L MAF meter, and 24lb. injectors since I'm doing heads intake and cam very soon. I used the MAF Conversion kit from Page 1...

Just can't Let go. "The Fox"

I think I can accurately say that it is MUCH cheaper to do a head/cam/intake swap on a 5.0 car vs. the cammers...especially if you have a 4 cam Cobra. I managed to pic up a driveable 1997 Cobra to part out to get the drivetrain. Plans were to swap the motor into a 1980 Cobra roller I bought. I...

IMO how the 2010 should have looked

Really all that needs to be done on the 2010 is to restyle the bottom half of both the front and rear fascias. That's it. I like the rest of it. The rear quarters with the kick-ups in them are what I've been waiting for mostly. The grill and tail lights kinda grew on me, they're modern but work.
