No doubt. I'm also hitting a point in life where I'm tired of working on things, and spending money for goals that ultimately don't matter.

No, the tires are just narrower and shorter than I had hoped. The stiffer front springs I have for the coilovers will allow me to drop the front down without rubbing as much. I'm still trying to find a solution for the rear. BC Racing only has one spring option for their rears, and it's very...

Plans on the Mustang have stalled a little. A deal came up that I couldn't pass up. Not that I am spending money modding it, but it's not exactly a cheap daily. It'll take me a little longer to set aside funds for the car. I have stiffer front springs for the coilovers and MM forward offset...

Sorry brother, haven't logged on for a bit. The car has an IRS, and I will eventually get around to the full tilt boogie kit.

Thanks man. Little by little it's getting to where I want it. I'm waiting on a pair of Export tail lights from one of our favorite Stangnetters, and I have a pair of side scoops waiting for paint. Always liked the CDC side scoops. Once the ride height is set a touch lower with the spring rates...

To keep with matching tires, the only size 315 Michelin offers in an 18" diameter is 315/30r18. That ended up looking very short compared to the 285/35r18 on the front wheels. For that reason I kept the 255/35R18 up front with the 315/30r30 in the rear. Hind sight being 20/20, I'd opted for a...

I've made a few updates, and strapped it on the chassis dyno. First, some new wheels and tires. The Michelin tires ended up running much narrower than anticipated, so the 285s are moving up to the front 9.5" wheels, and I have 315s on order for the rear 10.5" wheels. The Super Victor intake...

Billet steel flywheel installed, along with 3.73's. Put on a few hundred miles of in town break in, and then decided to help the crappy old tires retire sooner than later. Rev limiter is set to 7K. https://youtube.com/shorts/MnvDnR4sya8?si=dz3zRM_LQrc70Xc4

I hear ya. I'm not on here that often anymore either. I live in Iowa.

I remember a group of guys that used to be on here pre 2010 that all got together and went with SNs. Not sure if they still do or not, as none of them are active on here anymore. I always wanted to go, but it's a haul from Iowa.

I've actually considered that, but only for the ease of starting from a dead stop. My tuner and I have decided to start with an intake swap only, as the cam in my 347 in the Fox had even more overlap, yet he had it driving better than the SN. From there I very well may swap out the flywheel...

Either an old Edelbrock Victor EFI (short runner EFI style intake) or a TFS R (not Box R) if I can get my hands on an R lower manifold. They are no longer made, and are different from the Street/Track heat.

New development. My tuner has put a good amount of time into drivability for me, but we still have more bucking around 1700-2000 in all gears than I can live with. He says it's because of my high lobe separation angle in the cam, combined with a manual transmission. The second aspect is the...
