    Don't overlook the bolt length before you use it. Breaking bolts happen when it bottoms out and you eather strip the threads or break it. Simple but mistakes made most often are.

    Battery keeps dying

    Simple batt drain test. Disconnect neg term on batt. Connect 12v test light on neg batt term and other end on cable. If the light glows, you have a drain on the batt. Make sure all lghts are off, dome, glove box, trunk, under hood ect. then start pulling fuses till light goes out.

    Has the steering wheel been off or changed? Lack of lube on the horn contacts under the wheel will cause this condition. If so, use a small dab up lith grease on the underside of the wheel on the horn ring. PB

    Poor connections inside the lamp sockets are most common problems, the spring behind the button pad is worn/broken or pad swelling not allowing the buttons to make contact with the bulb base. PB

    I tape off the headliner approx 1/2 inch from the metal edge an use the 2in wide tape. it collects any excess sealer and comes off without leaving any adheshive from the tape. A onesided razor will clean the glass.
