    Yeh, it helped me out a lot. I put some seam faom in the tank to for the injectors.. gonna clean them this weekend.but it wasnt gettign fuel when it needed it and a sign of this is a jumping or lurching whil at speds. mine did it around 40-50.. felt like a miss,, was actually a very dirty fuel...

    I would check the fuel filter. what type of coil did you get? is everything factory..whats the colant in it look like..I had a similar issue and the fuel filter looked like it had never been changed... I would start there..since you have already replaced most of the firing system..

    The 01 were a heavy clutch. but it shouldnt stick at the floor. they were definetely a harder clutch to shift almost like you had to have it at the floor to shift. sticking like that could be a bad slave or one on its way out maybe

    lol no *****.. how do you think i felt. she said they dont have the obd1 or tools for something that old. its a 92 not a 68... so i am just throwing money at the problem. im good when it comes to building a motor, not the issues like these..so i am going through all that i can to figure it out...

    took it to the ford place and they were really no help. said a 92 is to old for them to work on. they dont have the tools. so i am pretty much on my own trying to figure this out

    this sounds like what mine is doing right now. i have a 92 gt, i have the maf unplugged right now cause it has a rough idle.. i was thinking of putting in a new coolant temp sensor and thermostat..i was told it could be causeing it to starve for gas or flood to much.. was your them bad or just...

    Would a stuck thermostat or coolant temp sensor cause thes idle issues. saw someone else post, where it was very similar surges and bad idle issues.. causing it to pump either too much fuel or not enough?

    what year is your car. and that does sound accurate, Its usually around 600 for headers on 92 and up to 96 models...

    yeh it was driving fine... still does just doesnt have the emmmppphhh i use to have, and have to baby it into high and no power when in high. but yeh 5spd is next if she goes bad on me.. get 20% off at advance so that def helps..

    yeh auto, and it looks just like oil. it just started to nto really want to shift into high with out me letting off the peddle and then back on.. and even then i cant get it it kind of revs and i have to just accelerate easy..
