    Terrible Fuel Economy!

Replace the paper filter with a high flow reusable one. Clean the MAF sensor, TB, and fuel injectors. Check the air in the tires. Get gas from a different gas station and see what happens. Is it a stick or auto as it could be your dirving on a stick. Has the car had different gears put...

    New headers or throttle body?

The stock headers flow better than one would think, almost as good as after market ones. A new TB might help a little, but don't go too big or you will lose throttle response. A new TB at this stage won't bring you any great gains. Considering the mods you have on your car right now...

More power for my '86 LX V6?

Go to Vortec's sight and read one of the install manuals. For a carbed engine, I would imagine would be easier as far as the tune goes. See what they have to say in the 5.0 forums.

Here's how you install it: 1) Disconnect your battery and pull and then disconnect the wiring harness from the MAS Sensor - has two wires on it, visible from the top of the air tube. 2) Next, lean your head way in and have a friend bump the hood prop rod out, and let the hood slam down...

The dealer that sold you the car should give you the touch up paint tube FREE. I ordered one tube when I picked my car up and got it for free. Because I didn't realize you couldn't keep the tube in the garage during winter, I went back, ordered another two years later, and got that one free as...

    bumper removal/installation

You can either get a tool made for removing push pins, or use a kitchen fork likr I do. You might want to head down to the local Ford dealer and pick up extra ones as you will probably break a few during the removal process.

    bumper removal/installation

I wouldn't swap out fiberglass or poly pieces unless it was at least 50 degrees out. These pieces have a tendency to crack and split when it gets cold out. That's why I don't like doing interior work during the winter months.
