    So, a 302 or FE 390. Hm... Next week I`ll get the engine cleaned up, and hopefully I`m able to find some more numers for you. Hope you will keep feeding me, it is most helpfull. Every time I get a piece of info, I lern a lot! Thanks to all of you!! Please check the thread again next week!

    :) Sure you want to pay to have them shipped from sweden? That could end up being pretty expensive... One more thing: the engine have some weird screw-in freezeplugs. Is that normal for mid 70 engines? And can I get aftermarketparts for that, or can I just use ordinary freezeplugs?

    Realmongo> The only visible numbers is F2F01FZ07832F and b30e-9426. The flywheel semes to be modified, it has headers, and what is left of the carburettor lookes like a armalite 4100. Any guesses?

    Hi guys! I found this not original engine in a barn. The previous owner claimes it original came from a mustang. I belive it`s a 302, but what year? The valvecovers say "power by Ford", and the only number I can find is F2F01FZ07832F. Can somebody please help me identify it?

    OK. thank you so much for answer, guys. It will be close to impossible to find a original tranny over here in Euroupe, so i have to consider other options. But never the less, I WILL make it work, the MII of mine is going to have a 302, no matter the effort. Once again, thanks for your help!
