    How many people have broken their stock rears on DR's?

    I run 26x11.5x15 inch M/T et streets and net 1.77 60s all the time! I have a completely stock 97 rear end with 3.55s and about 350hp. I heard that the axles from the 96-98s are stronger than the new ones. I havent had any problems and she takes off hard! I usually dump the clutch from 4500prms.

    AFM cam chain retention tool

    I am looking at the comp cam 102300 grind. Its for NPI heads so no changing of vavle springs but will give a notiable idle, just not sure how the blower will like it.

    Someone gave me a brand new set of mt etstreets in the 26/11.5/15 variety. he also has a set of new prostars he will give me that fits the tires but they have the lug pattern for a ford nine inch, will they work on my 8.8?

    Has anyone removed there air filter at the track and seen better times?

    Well when my 97 was strock it was SEVERLY chocked on the high end. I made 2 14.9 passes and then took out the filter and went 14.4 on the very next run. I agree it was a better launch, but the cars pulled to the redline much easier I found. I dont take the filter off with the supercharger however.

    I dropped from a 14.9 to 14.4 when stock by taking out the airfilter.
