    I've gone through 2 Hayden adjustable fan controllers while trying to set up my lincoln fan. From doing the search most are using the DCC controller I'm not sure what the delivery time is on it. Anyone have luck with the flex-a-lite FLX-31163? Any recommendations?

    I just completed the install and was wondering about how tight the clutch cable should be from what I've read it looks like a preference thing. Engaging and disengaging the clutch is effortless compared to the worn stock unit, well worth the time and effort.

    Wiring,fuses and relay checked everything looks good. After sitting overnight the fan controller works as advertised. Can a relay get hot and temporarily fail? I have a spare if it does I plan on driving the car around town to see if I can replicate the problem.

    Got another fan controller from autozone not to impressed with it. Seemed to work ok last night then failed to turn the fan on this afternoon even when turning the AC compressor on.
