According to wire diagram I got from Autozone website pin 30 is the same color coming out of the 60 pin connector for both mt and at transmissions. I have the correct wire harness for an at installed as it has the white/pink wire and came with the transmission. I will check the voltage tomorrow...
Ok cleared all the codes drove the car and just pulled the codes again :
KOEO
67 = Neutral safety circuit failure (Car starts only in Park or Neutral, AC is not installed either, switch is in OFF position.)
85 = Canister Purge Solenoid circuit failure (Not installed)
CM
33 = EGR valve...
Guess I will clear the codes again and go take it for a drive then check them again.
The ac switch is turned off and I do not any ac components installed under the hood at all. Could the ac pressure switch not being installed be causing the code 67?

2 - nothing there
3 - green/white stripe
6 - orange/yellow stripe
13 - brown/blue stripe
14 - tan/blue stripe
15 - green
19 - pink/black stripe
20 - black
30 - looks purple/yellow stripe
