    im going to Speedworld. ive heard the dont do any track prep tonite which is ok since i guess last weeks turnout was like 15 cars, which IMO is sweet. thanks for the comment also.

    thanks guys....im also in phoenix az. it will probably be around 100 degrees tonite when im running...any ideas of what to do to keep her cooler? ice packs maybe? i plan on driving out there. letting her sit for a while and cool down then run....

    what size did u get? how did you mount it? hoses...did you use universal flex hoses or does sombody make a fitted hose for the cross flow for a mustang?

    Which thermostat housing ?

    either one will work fine. ive used both. i tend to like the gasket/sealer type better. a suggestion i have is not to get a cheap housing(crome plated type) from your local parts house. ive had troulbe with them not sealing and warping easily. use a good o'l cast iron one.

    i went with 3.55s with my c4. i have a mild 289 and i was turning about 3200-3300 or so at around 65. it was pushing it a lil, i would stick with 3.55s, dont go any higher unless you plan to get an overdrive or 5spd. i wish i would have gone with 380s because i just swaped to a 5spd, but...

    i attempted the install of a detriot trutrac today in my 8" and i ran into a problem.. i pulled the carrier bearings off the existing carrier and they wouldnt fit onto the tru trac. anybody else run into this? are there different sized bearings i can get? any help please. thanks the part...

    check 'er out...

    i sanded the entire compartment, not down to the metal but till it was smooth, ground out some of the ridges, points, etc. then primed it with grey, then sprayed it black. Its a Semi-Flat black made my Krylon.worked well. went on good and doesnt attract greesy hand prints
