    At this stage of the game. I doubt it, using a "plan" whether it is a V6 or GT model 05. Never hurts to try, not impossible though. I wonder if there will be many GT's for sale sitting at the dealership this coming Jan. 05. V6's shouldn't be a problem buying unless you want IUP or the manual...

    You can place a piece of tape on the door sensor and/or take out the fuse. Look in your Owners Manual for the location of the fuse, page 160. It should be #5 & 7 (30amp fuses).

    That sounds about right. The dealer is initally allocated a certain amount of Mustangs they can order and it is a 1st come, first serve basis, so 42 may sound reasonable. (at least it isn't a 99)

    Did you ask the dealer (nicely) to bump the Priority Code up, say to a 10? Supposed Fords holidays: Nov 2, election day. Nov 12, veterans day Nov 24 & 25, Thanksgiving. Christmas shutdown starts on Dec 24.

    The codes start at 1 and run to 99. A dealer can only assign between 10 and 99. A 99 order can't be schuduled. This is a link(F-150 based but it is FORD) I found since the other site is down. The same topic has been discussed there also. I hope this helps you and other people that are...

    Tell the dealer to change it to Priority 10 and make sure he/she does change it. 99 is the worst. I believe that (99) is like it will never happen!
