    Listen to this!

That sounds bad...very bad...Did you check bearings and piston clearances? Maybe you're smacking pistons into valves just slightly, although I doubt it b/c that seems like a smooth idle, so probably a stock cam...

    5.0 stock pistons forgeed?????

The Mustangs were just flat tops, no dish. The Mustangs we're also roller cam, not flat tappet. I believe that the trucks and passenger cars however received dished pistons or at least valve reliefs along with flat tappet cams.

    Rotating upper intake 180*

The Crown Vics and other non-mustangs with the 5.0L faced the drivers side. I suspect you could buy a throttle cable for one, although I think when the guy here in town swapped in his 5.0 in place of the 3.8 he used the factory cable in the car? Again, why would you want to?

    Rear Control Arm Help

Wait...are you trying to install the control arm with the spring in place? Get some spring compressors and put the spring in after the control arms are in place.

What is a 351 modified 400 engine?? will it fit in a fox?

Unless it's a fresh motor or is already beefed up, I would probably stay away from it. I think you would be looking at alot of weight, lacking on power, and custom headers just to name a few. Now if you had an old pickup, that's a different story. The 400's made great torque and low RPM...

    GT Bodykit Screws

Call them and ask. That's what customer service is there for. I would suspect it is.

    converting my '75 351W to a roller...?

That's almost a little hard to read...I follow what you're thinking, but I haven't the slightest. If I was putting switching from HR to FT or vice versa, I would probably change bearing regardless.

I need a new radiator, anyone bought one of these?

Check out their feedback. I would probably buy one if I needed one. Good deal for an aluminum radiator.

    One tire spinning?

You're going to lose via tire spin. The idea behind having the trac-loc is to eliminate tire spin. Just rebuild it and call it good enough. It's $50 for a rebuild kit IIRC. Pretty easy to do with just a few hand tools.

    Fuel Pump Issues

Could be. Tap into the lead for the fuel pump at the ecu and see what happens when you flip the key on.

    TFS pistons and Piston Notching

ISKY sells notchers, but they're pricey. $125 per notcher plus $40 for the pilot tool. You would be better off buying some hyper pistons for about $200-300. I don't remember who makes them with the TW notches though. I tried hunting them down on Summit's site, but couldn't come up with it.

    Clutch to hard

I would replace the cable to start with. It's cheap and easy(relative for both). If that does nothing for you, check to make sure the quadrant(replaced the plastic piece) is installed correctly and is not creating a binding with the cable. Mine was an E-bay special and due to my lack of...

    Oil Pan Issues?

Weld it in place. Who needs oil changes anyways??? I think 1991vert is on the right track. If both of those fail, you may need to replace the pan or weld and drill for a new drain location.

Why is the bottom of my new 5.0 completely rusted out

Leaving a car sit in a building with any sort of humidity causes rust. If it was in say a pole barn which wouldn't be sealed from the weather, I'm not surprised. Concrete pads are also notorious for sweating. That will cause heavy rusting too.

    Best Setup....

I would go with a stroked 351W or maybe even look at a 460 swap. I think the 351W would be the way to go.

Bolt AND EZ-Out snapped in block.

Left hand drill bits are good for trying to remove broken bolts. Not only are you drilling it out, but you're also creating force to try and back the bolt out. I would try drilling it all back out before going helicoil.
