    Most people shy away from 3.90 gears for the simple reason FRPP doesn't offer that ratio and most feel they want to stay with FRPP gears. They have the reputation of being the best , quietest gears. The FRPP 4.10 gears seem to be the most popular followed by 3.73.

    Ordered a pair of GT500 upper strut mounts from GEF Racing. $53.37, no tax, no shipping. Should go nice with the Koni STR.T struts & shocks next spring. :D

    Are you guys saying when I go to replace my OE struts I also need to replace the upper mounts? Do I replace them with Ford parts? Would it be best to go with GT500 or Steeda HD mounts? I intend to go with Koni STR.T struts. Not lowering car. :shrug:

    I have an MGW shifter and RP SyncroMax fluid. Can't imagine a better shifting tranny. :D

    If I remember, the boot and aluminum shifter bezel (comes as a unit) are from a Bullitt mustang. I think I ordered it from Fordpartsonline.com. :nice:

    My OE shocks/struts now have 60K miles on them. I am going to put the new KONI STR.T dampers on next summer.
