    Wow, I get in the low 20's and as high as 25mpg regulary, but mine is a stock 02GT. Something sounds wrong there.....You are taking it out of 2nd gear right?? :) :) :)

    Tires, why is wider better?

    If you are going to be rotating your tires and want to keep them all the same I would go with Toyo TS-1's in either a 265 or 275/35/18. personally I would do the 275's. I have the 275 TS-1's on the front of mine and I love them. They tracked a bit for the first 100 miles or so until they broke...

    Guys with 18"s - need your opinions

    I run 275/35/18's up front and 295/35/18's in the back. I run the Toyo TS-1's, and for the first 100 miles or so I noticed some tracking issues. Now that they have broken in, I notice virtually no tracking whatsoever. The traction is really good (summer only tire, pretty good in the rain too)...

    Take a look at Eibach....They JUST came out with an all adjustable coilover package for our stangs. Adjustable ride height is a nice benefit.... :)

    I would go with the 35's...And as far as it not handling well, I would think that would be more a function of the tire you are running, ie...If you are running drag radials you shouldn't be complaining about the handling characteristics of a 35 series tire. I run the TOYO T1-S's and I love them...

    What tires do you use, and why?

    I am running 275/35/18 F and 295/35/18 R Toyo T1-S's and I love them. They tracked a little at first, but now that they are broken in the are great. Ride well, handle awesome and good in the rain. I am very happy with my purchase.

    Bullitt_5135, what air pressures are you running? I am running the T1-S's in 275/35f and 295/35/18r sizes on 18x9 and 18x10.5's....Still trying to figure out best air pressures....

    I agree Cracula, and there is something to be said for a SYSTEM that is engineered to work together as a complete package, rather than piece meal. I too am waiting for the Eibach kit, and if you are interested the part number will be 3510.710 Can't wait....Adjustable ride height here I come :)

    I run almost the exact same setup as 03 Pony....The Toyo Proxes T1-S's are pretty cool tires....What PSI are you running 03 Pony?

    Hi Brian, I just put a set of these on my stang (275f, 295r x18). I havent had much chance to push them yet, but so far I REALLY like them.....Very agressive tread design... :) I will let you know more once the warm weather comes back around here so I can drive on them....Later

    Stang0103: Yes I have been in contact with Eibach regarding the coilovers adjustable kit. There part number is 3510.710 and they should have the parts for them in a couple of weeks....

    I just installed some T1-s Proxes...SWEET looking tire, I will let you know how they work in the spring...Summer only tire....
