    Updated dyno numbers....... well I just got back from the dyno, And as some of us thought, The mustang dyno numbers might not quite be what they seem in my case... The numbers were 257.3hp and 297.1ftlbs...for the mustang dyno With no explanation(sp) of how these numbers were obtained...

    Sorry to come in somewhat off topic, but with the a/f ratio, what is good? When I had my car tuned, it stayed around 12.4-12.6 the whole time..... I'm not sure about how the numbers work..I know higher means leaner, lower is richer... Where is the happy medium?

    That might be it... because when i changed my upper intake plenum, I ended up having to use one with the smaller egr fitting...(by 02 they switched to a larger diameter fitting) Also some oil (very small amount) on the valvecover around the fitting there too....     Well. this is just me saying... If money is'nt a factor get the lt's and a new x....... I did and I'm happy as can be... my car pulls way harder and sounds just plain ol' mean... But I am biased because I just spent alot of money and whatnot, so talk around and see what the others say...

    Ok this has been buggin me lately, Usualy when i change my oil, There is only 4 1/2-5 quarts of old oil in my drain pan.. (use 6 quarts normaly) oil chang every 3-4k miles. more in the summer when at the track..(1500-2000 miles then) Is it wierd for my car to use over a quart of oil and not...

    Yeah, my torque peaks at 4k also.. 297.1 on the infamos mustang dyno...lol My sheet is posted in my link.... But man if your numbers are correct... Nice!!!! :p

    yeah.. i might go with some 9or 10 inch et streets if i can pick up some draglites cheap for the back.... the steeda wheels will be street only... dr's included.. I'm sick of tire spinn!!! And im only making 257 to the wheels...jeez

    Why is my torque so low

    I was'nt flaming anyone, just stating( in a smart axxed kinda way) that my g-tech is'nt the most accurate tool for measuring power... But you're right...........People should be a little less judgemental so quickly...
