    Brake And Clutch Pedal

Stangnet, does anyone know what this button/mount with a white bushing and clip is for? I also wanted to ask what the rubber bump stop for the brake pedal is called, or what homemade replacement was used. What have folks on here used to make a bump stop for the clutch pedal? Thanks for...

Powdercoating the stainless trim around windows

I ended up sanding them all the way down until I got rid of the pits. I am in the process of going over them with a fine sand paper to smooth them out and plan on taking one of the vent window frames to the powder coat to see if it comes out okay.

Powdercoating the stainless trim around windows

I was sanding off what looked like surface rust on my vent window frame and it has dark pits. Does that mean that the vent window frame is junk, or can I rust proof it then take it in to get powder coated? Those that know more about metal than I do, let me know, thanks.

Powdercoating the stainless trim around windows

66fastbackresto, Is the shadow chrome powder coated or are you talking about paint? I have seen rattle can stuff, but powder coated would be more durable.

Powdercoating the stainless trim around windows

I am trying to figure out what to do with the window trim and vent window also. I do not want chrome, maybe a satin silver powder coat in my case to match the satin chrome door handles.

    Passenger and Driver Windows

My passenger windows are showing dried out rubber bulging out of the lower end of the frame. Do local auto glass places take care of the rubber between the glass and the frame if you have them replace the glass? The trim on that goes from the top to the back of the window is scratched, is it...

Water Pump Inlet for 408W in 67 Mustang

68stang351, my timing cover is from a 1997 351W, so I am pretty sure it is just like that of a fox 5.0. I plan on putting the battery in the trunk, what brand of 5.0 radiator did you use? What water pump did you use in you conversion? Do you think the Edelbrock Victor high flow pumps are...

    headlights upgrade

Just bought the painless harness on Amazon. Once it arrives I will mount the headlight buckets on the fenders, then mount the fenders, and install the headlights so it can start to look like a car again. This thread turned out to be very helpful.

Water Pump Inlet for 408W in 67 Mustang

I am getting closer to getting most of the parts to take in a F4TE block to be built into a 408. I plan on getting some type of serpentine pulley system and a high flow aluminum water pump. In regards to a 1967 Mustang, what are the pros and cons of having the water pump inlet on the...

I saw a 68 Mustang install on youtube using the Delta Halogens, the lights looked really bright after the install. Rbohm, I am also working on this, that is the best price on the headlight harness I have seen so far.

Another option is to Moroso EFI fuel return that clamps into your fuel filler line. I have seen it at Jeg's and Summit Racing.

    My Mustang Adventures 2011

I have a question about the ignition controller, why did you get with the MSD 6BTM as opposed to a 6A or 6AL? What is the benefit? My set up will be a lot like yours, 408W with a 5-speed. Thanks for your help.

4 Hole Carb Spacer on Vic Jr. on 408W Stroker

4 hole spacer 69gmachine, I am curious as to what will happen when you try out the 4-hole spacer on your single plane. Please post some feedback on what you see. I will talk to the engine builder about port matching the vic jr intake to the heads so that everything is uniform. This has...
