    Check voltage with the car off. If charging voltage is within 10% of battery voltage with the engine off you should be sitting pretty. I am not sure if that same rule applies to DC, but I suspect it does. I was taught the 10% rule about AC.

    It will most likely hurt your MPG to run without 02's. Removing the cats will help your MPG so it may be close to where it should be. I got 4 mpg better when I removed the cats. check your mpg and see where its at.
