    Guys,his clutch is a joke in the car..Graph is jumpy and on decel it raises hell...Give the guy a break.He's just excited the car is driving good for him finally.. Fwiw,these were all back to back hot runs..We did it chasing the coil pack issuse..Im sure once the clutch is replaced he'll see...

    He already had a high flow xpipe...14rwhp and 24TQ is a good gain over a Catted magnaflow pipe..His clutch is slipping real bad..My guess is he is down 5-6rwhp from that.We had a hard time geting a good run on the car because of it.. The torque jumped way up when i added timing down low along...

    Btw,we have done 4 built engines with the 1.7...So we know what they produce.. I love the blower,these cars are sick on the streeet..But HP wise they are short of the Vortech cars.The 2.2 is going to be the sick puppy.I bet we can get 650+rwhp out of one. Tim

    The 1.7 wont make 550rwhp unless you have serious heads on the car..Even with a stroker and stage 2 heads(foxlake)VT camsL/T's,Dr,gas ,14psi we only got 515rwhp but 570TQ:) Now,the 2.2 is going to be another story. We have a car here that is setup JUST like Kidds 663rwhp Vortech car.It has...

    I've done 4 KB blown 2valves with built engines.We just finished one today..The KB is cool and I love it.But,I regret to inform all that the 1.7 wont even come close to Kidds 663rwhp T T-trim with the same head/engine combo..We just did one with the exact same setup as Kidds car..Its is WAY...

    A good set of heads can rev well past 6800rpm..8K-8500 is not a problem .Only problem up there is our ignitions.. Man,I really hate to tell you this,but $4000k for heads is pure rape. My race heads that are cut up/welded and every other damn thing didnt cost $4k.. If you payed that...

    Why did they shave them .030??????? We deck them to true the heads but never exceed .020.. I would clay the cylinders IMHO to make sure you dont have a clearance issuse. Tim
