    I had a seem issue with my stock black mustang and the MS cleaned it right up. I always thought it was something wrong with the ECU. Having the MS leaves a lot of room to grow with abilities to connect other things to it as well.

    I have an MS2PNP in my stock build and it runs fantastic. There isn't anything wrong with MS2, but the MS3 is the most current along with better features/options with it. If you are putting the MS2 (MS2PNP) and MS3 (PIMPXS) side-by-side then I would choose the MS3 everytime.

    I agree that you should put the focus on what sounds like a misalignment of the transmission to the engine. You very well that this is going to keep you up at night, so go ahead and tackle it now.

    Front Brakes Question

    What pads are you running? You have all the needed components of the brake system, so the only variable that is left is the pads themselves. Yes, performance pads will provide better "bite" over the stock ceramic pads since they are more focused on less dust than stopping power.
