    Well I won't be racing any more this year...

    dont let broken parts spoil your fun. lots of rear ends out there for fox body, i busted my halfshaft on IRS. Gonna be about $1500. Cant wait to get it put back together and go race!

    awesome that they found you a little extra hp/ torque in the tune. :banana: 11 hp and 11 ft lbs. You may get better gas mileage too, assuming you keep your foot out of it.

    I went out to one of last years saac events good group of people. Ill go again work / weather permitting. Watch out for hicaliberbullit, he takes the corners way too fast. Only prayer is stay in front of him on the straits. :D

    I have a 99 cobra, same pads as you. I upgraded to brembo slotted rotors, vgx pads, and russel stainless brake lines. Top it off ith some 600 degree wilwood fluid you will have a car that will stop on a dime. For about $500 in parts. If you get these heavy duty parts and only street drive it...

    Go Aluminum. less flex/wheel hop. But rideis a bit stiffer.

    03cobra & 01cobra halfshafts any difference

    Thought the 01 half- shafts were 28 spline like the 99 IRS. I just swapped out my whole IRS for an 04 unit, and still grenaded a halfshaft on my first pass. Here comes a $1000 set of stage 2 halfshafts :)

    Any body know good high guality detailers out there? My 99 getting a little rough with dings paint chips etc. Would like someone who does paintles ding removal and good touch up work. If they do racing stripes too that would be even better. Portland/Beaverton/Tigard area

    Sad thing is the cop probably got in trouble for excessive use of force on a dumbass. I that happened up here in Portland Oregon the media would have the whole black community up in arms.
