    Move the distributor alittle at a time and try to start it, the timming could be way out and it wont start.

    I have a zex dry kit and i run 14 degrees timing and spray a 125shot and have been for about 4 years. You should be fine.

    I've got two ten inch jl's in my tire well. Whens the last time you used your spare tire??? Never for me. I also use to have two tens tight to the back seat the box was in an L shape. I still have the box if you were in md you could have it. I think your going to have to do the tire well.

    There is a screw on the backside of the throttle, its called a throttle plate hard stop screw. Turn it one way or another until it goes away.

    It sounds like the solenoid with the copper line is a purge, as far as i know the only way to adjust a nitrous kit is to change jets.

    I would try turning the fuel pressure up more, then run it and see what happens. I think it might be a little low for all your modifications.
